About The Job

You will be taking charge of the full sets of accounts, tax reports and financial reports, recording of creditors invoices and payments transactions, prepare of journals for month end closing and assist in preparing monthly financial statement.

You will also have the opportunity to liaise with external parties such as auditor, company secretary and others. 

Besides that you will also be handling office administration task to ensure that all our ninjas are well taken care of and we can make better decisions!

Job Requirements

We consider an awesome Accounting and Admin person to be:

  • have an appreciation for numbers and analysis
  • have the ability to communicate with team members and external parties 
  • have good communication skills in written and spoken languages
  • are able to handle ad-hoc issues and seek resolutions 
  • fantastic organisational skills and can multitask
  • You are a junior executive with 1-3 years experience and is hungry to learn more!
